• Failure to make a payment before the due date may result in account suspension.

4. Account Suspension

• Non-payment: If your account is suspended due to overdue payment, all services will be suspended, including but not limited to hosting, domain services, and associated products. Once the account is suspended due to non-payment, no files or data will be transferred back to you under any circumstances.
• Other Suspensions: Accounts may be suspended or terminated if Hostnos determines, in its sole discretion, that the account is in violation of our terms, including but not limited to illegal activity, violation of intellectual property rights, or breach of security protocols.

5. Data and Files

• Upon suspension or termination of an account, no data or files will be shared or transferred to the account holder under any circumstance, including but not limited to cases of overdue payments or violation of terms.
• It is the responsibility of the account holder to back up all important data before suspension. Hostnos is not liable for any loss of data during the suspension or termination process.

6. Service Availability and Limitations

Hostnos will make every effort to ensure the availability and reliability of our services. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or service availability. Hostnos is not liable for any disruption of service due to factors beyond our control.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Hostnos’ services for any unlawful, abusive, or illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, and violating intellectual property rights. Hostnos reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hostnos, its employees, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services.
